MAKE A BOOKING

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings
• All deposits are due within 7 days of booking. Should we not hear from you within that period, your booking may be cancelled.
• All outstanding bills to be settled on arrival

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

• Guests are welcome to check in from 2:00pm on day of arrival
• Our check out time is 10:00am on day of departure
• Guests who have specific arrival and departure requirements must inform management 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• More than one month prior to check-in date: Forfeit 10% of the deposit
• 22-30 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 25% of the deposit
• 15-21 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 50% of the deposit
• 08-14 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 75% of the deposit
• 01-07 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 100% of the deposit

Cancellation of bookings where the deposit has been paid can be rescheduled for a later date without the deposit being forfeited (subject to availability)

Kindly note that no refunds will be given for delayed arrivals or early departures – The deposit paid will be forfeited.

CHILD POLICY

• Children are welcome
• Children 2 years and under are complimentary
• Up to 2 children, 12 and under, may only share with 2 paying adults in the Deluxe Suites
• Only 1 child, 13 and older, may share with 2 paying adults in the Deluxe Suites
